I'm a destination wedding planner based in Tuscany, helping couples from around the world plan beautiful, personal weddings here in Italy.
From private villas and vineyard estates to charming historic hamlets, I believe the right setting is the one that truly reflects who you are. That's why I take the time to get to know you, understand your priorities, and create a celebration that feels genuinely yours.
I choose to take on a limited number of weddings each year because I believe every couple deserves my time, attention, and personal involvement throughout the planning process.

We'll start with a relaxed video call to get to know each other. I'd love to hear about your ideas, the kind of celebration you're imagining, your guest count, priorities, and budget.
It's also your opportunity to ask questions, understand how I work, and see whether we're the right fit.

Finding the Right Venue
There's no fixed list of venues you have to choose from.
We'll discuss what matters most to you: the view, the intimacy, the timeless elegance, the history, whether you're dreaming of a countryside villa, a castle, or somewhere that welcomes your four-legged friends.
Tuscany is full of hidden gems, and sometimes the right venue isn't necessarily the most famous one.
I'll research suitable options, explain their possibilities and limitations, and help you evaluate which ones best match your style, priorities, and budget.

Understanding the Practical Details
Planning a wedding in Italy involves more than choosing a venue and booking suppliers.
From local regulations to venue restrictions, different ways of working, and practical logistics, there are many things that might not be obvious when you're organising everything from abroad.
I'll help you understand how things work here in Italy, what to expect from local suppliers, and which practical details need attention. If you're planning a legally recognised wedding, I can also offer guidance on the administrative requirements and necessary documentation, directing you to the appropriate professionals or authorities when needed.

Speaking the Same Language
From catering and photography to flowers, music, and hair and makeup, I'll help you find professionals who suit your style, priorities, and budget.
Not every local supplier speaks fluent English, and different ways of communicating can sometimes make things more complicated when you're planning from abroad.
Some suppliers are perfectly comfortable speaking English, others may need a little help. That's where I come in: I'll be your main point of contact, helping you communicate your ideas, understand proposals, clarify details, and make sure everyone is on the same page throughout the planning process.

Planning Together, Even From Abroad
You don't need to travel to Italy several times to plan your wedding.
We can discuss ideas, review proposals, and make decisions together. We'll develop a detailed wedding project covering design proposals, setup plans, logistics, and all the elements that help you visualise your celebration long before the big day.
You'll be able to see how everything is coming together and feel confident about the details, even from thousands of miles away.
Some couples visit Tuscany during the planning process, and we arrange venue visits and supplier meetings together. Others don't arrive until the wedding week.
Both work: I plan for the second and welcome the first.

After months of planning, it's finally time to enjoy everything we've organised together.
I'll be there with my team to coordinate suppliers, oversee the setup, manage the timeline, assist your guests, and make sure each part of the celebration runs smoothly, handling any unexpected situations along the way.
Your only job that day? Be present, enjoy every moment, and let yourself feel it all.
