And when your wedding day finally arrives, you should be able to enjoy it without worrying about whether suppliers have arrived, the setup is running on time, or everything is happening according to plan.

That's where my Wedding-Day Coordination service comes in.

Although the name suggests otherwise, my work doesn't begin on the wedding day itself. I'll get involved in the final months leading up to your celebration, reviewing the arrangements you've already made, getting in touch with your suppliers, and helping you bring all the different elements together.

We'll go through your plans, discuss the schedule and logistics, identify any details that still need attention, and prepare a timeline that everyone involved can follow.

On the wedding day, I'll be there with my team to coordinate suppliers, oversee the setup, manage the different stages of the celebration, and handle unexpected situations as they arise.

• Wedding-day timeline development, bringing together the different stages of your celebration and coordinating timings with suppliers.

• Weather contingency planning, working with your venue and suppliers to prepare suitable alternatives where needed.

• Final supplier briefings, ensuring everyone has the information needed for the wedding day.

• On-site wedding-day coordination, overseeing supplier arrivals, setup, ceremony proceedings, guest assistance, and the overall flow of the celebration, with support from my team.
